Research on Talent Education Mode with Modern Apprenticeship for Industry Education Integration in Vocational Colleges

摘要: 基于现代学徒制的高职人才培养肩负着服务国家战略需求、培育大国工匠的历史使命。该文探索职业教育与产业需求深度耦合的创新路径,提出“三位一体”育人框架,通过搭建“三位一体”职教人才培养平台,构建产教融合视域下基于现代学徒制的职教人才培养新模式;围绕校企二元双主体,通过搭建的人才培养平台实现校企之间培养标准和评价体系的共建、共管以及一体化招生招工,培养具有理论知识和较强实践技能的高素质、技能型专业人才。

Abstract: The education of modern apprenticeship vocational talents shoulders the historical mission of serving national strategic needs and cultivating skilled craftsmen of great countries. This article explores the innovative path of deep coupling between vocational education and industry demand and proposes a“trinity”educational framework and build a“trinity”vocational education talent training platform. A new model is constructed for cultivating vocational education talents with modern apprenticeship system from the perspective of integrating industry and education. Centered on the dual entity of school and enterprise, the talent cultivation platform is built to achieve the co construction of training standards and evaluation systems between schools and enterprises, joint management between schools and enterprises, and integrated enrollment and recruitment. Cultivate high-quality, skilled professionals with theoretical knowledge and strong practical skills.
