摘要: 该文分析了职普融通背景下职业技术学院协同育人的内涵、核心要求及存在问题,包括主体协同机制不健全、课程衔接断层与重叠、资源共享机制不完善等问题,提出了搭建四方联动主体协同机制、打造三级衔接课程协同体系、完善多元共享资源协同机制等五项构建策略,旨在推动职业技术学院协同育人模式优化,提升人才培养质量,更好地满足产业发展需求。

Abstract: This article analyzes the connotation, core requirements, and existing problems of collaborative education in vocational and technical colleges under the background of vocational and general integration, including the lack of a sound collaborative mechanism for the main body, the discontinuity and overlap of curriculum connection, and the imperfect resource sharing mechanism. It proposes five construction strategies, including building a four party collaborative mechanism for the main body, creating a three-level collaborative system for curriculum connection, and improving the multi-dimensional shared resource collaboration mechanism, aiming to promote the optimization of collaborative education models in vocational and technical colleges, improve the quality of talent training, and better meet the needs of industrial development.
