Role and Implementation Path of Counselors in Promoting the “Integration of Courses and Competitions” under the Background of New Engineering Disciplines—Taking the Excellent Engineering College as an Example

摘要: “课赛融合”已成为促进卓越工程师培养的重要路径,然而,实践中其育人效果未能充分显现。该文以宁波工程学院卓越工程师学院为研究对象,从主体、过程与保障三个层面对“课赛融合”机制进行系统分析,发现辅导员在推动课赛协同育人中具备独特优势与潜在价值。研究表明:辅导员的深度介入不仅能有效弥补教师侧的精力不足与学生侧的动力缺失,还能通过第二课堂与社会实践的贯通,实现“以课促赛、以赛促教、以赛育人”的系统效应。

Abstract: “Integration of courses and competitions”has become an important path to promote the cultivation of outstanding engineers. However, the educational effect has not been fully demonstrated in practice. Taking the Excellent Engineering College of Ningbo University of Engineering as the research object, this study systematically analyzes the integration mechanism of course and competition from three levels: subject, process, and guarantee. It is found that counselors have unique advantages and potential value in promoting collaborative education between course and competition. Research has shown that the deep intervention of counselors can not only effectively compensate for the lack of energy on the teacher side and the lack of motivation on the student side, but also achieve a systematic effect of“promoting competition through classes, promoting teaching through competition, and cultivating students through competition”through the integration of extracurricular activities and social practice.
