摘要: 随着时代的发展,国家对人才的需求已经从单一的知识型转变为实用型和技能型相结合,提出了“以学生发展为中心”的理念,同时落实立德树人根本任务,倡导从教学内容、模式、方法以及评价等方面全方位实施教学改革与创新。该文以本科遗传学课程教学为例,探索改变传统偏重遗传学理论学习、忽视学生发展的现状,通过教学内容和教学模式改革,助推学生全面成长成才,培养具有社会责任感、创新精神、实践能力和国际视野的高素质应用型人才。

Abstract: With the development of the times, the country's demand for talents has changed from a single knowledge-based to a combination of practical and skilled. It puts forward the concept of“student development as the center”, and at the same time implements the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and advocates the implementation of teaching reform and innovation from the aspects of“teaching content, mode, method and evaluation”. Taking the teaching of undergraduate genetics course as an example, this paper explores how to change the traditional emphasis on genetic theory learning and ignore the current situation of students'development. Through the reform of teaching content and teaching mode, promote students'all-round development and cultivate high-quality applied talents with a sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit, practical ability and international perspective.
