Research on the Path and Method of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Medical Professional Education under the Background of New Medicine

摘要: 在新医科建设推动医学教育改革的背景下,创新创业教育与医学专业教育的深度融合成为医学人才培养的新方向。该文研究了新医科背景下创新创业教育融入医学专业教育的必要性,分析了当前融合过程中医学教育资源配置、师资结构、学生能力等方面存在的实际问题,从课程体系构建、实践平台搭建、校园文化营造、职业素养教育4个方面探讨了可行的融合路径与实施方法。该研究有助于构建满足医学发展需求的复合型人才培养体系,提升医学教育的适应性与前瞻性。

Abstract: Under the background of promoting medical education reform through the construction of new medical science, the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with medical professional education has become a new direction for medical talent cultivation. This article studies the necessity of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into medical professional education under the background of new medicine. It analyzes the practical problems in the current integration process, such as the allocation of medical education resources, teacher structure, and student abilities. It explores feasible integration paths and implementation methods from four aspects: curriculum system construction, practical platform construction, campus culture creation, and professional ethics education. This study contributes to the construction of a comprehensive talent training system that meets the needs of medical development, and enhances the adaptability and foresight of medical education.
