摘要: 当前,深化创新创业教育与电缆工程专业教育的融合,是驱动电缆行业智能化、绿色化转型的战略举措,旨在培养行业需要的具有创新创业能力的拔尖人才,为支撑国家“双碳”目标的实现提供人才保障。该文以河南工学院电缆工程学院为例,通过分析电缆工程专业创新创业教育的价值,探索了实施路径,将创新创业教育深度嵌入专业教学体系、校园文化生态、社会实践环节与网络育人空间,实现创新创业教育全链条、全过程、全方位地融入人才培养体系。

Abstract: Currently, deepening the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with cable engineering professional education is a strategic measure to drive the intelligent and green transformation of the cable industry, aiming to cultivate top-notch talents with innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities that meet the industry's needs, and provide talent guarantee to support the achievement of the national“dual carbon”goal. This article takes the School of Cable Engineering at Henan Institute of Technology as an example, analyzes the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the cable engineering major, explores the implementation path, deeply embeds innovation and entrepreneurship education into the professional teaching system, campus cultural ecology, social practice links, and online education space, and realizes the full chain, full process, and all-round integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the talent training system.
