摘要: 产教融合是现代职业教育高质量发展的重要路径,构建“非遗活态传承+跨境文旅”双驱动的工艺美术专业产教融合模式,能够有效实现工艺美术专业传统手工艺的活态传承与跨境推广。该文结合产教融合的理念,通过分析桂林旅游学院工艺美术专业的实际情况,深入探讨其在人才培养方式、课程教学内容、师资队伍建设以及产教融合模式等方面存在的问题和改革措施;探索高校工艺美术教育和跨境非遗技艺推广与传承的结合点,以及如何通过产教融合机制培养适应当地工艺美术行业、企业需求的高素质复合型人才,推动艺术类本科教育质量的提升。

Abstract: Integration of industry and education is an important path for the high-quality development of modern vocational education. Building an industry-education integration model for arts and crafts majors driven by both“intangible cultural heritage (ICH) living inheritance + cross-border cultural tourism”can effectively achieve the living inheritance and cross-border promotion of traditional craftsmanship in arts and crafts majors. Combining the concept of industry-education integration, this study analyzes the actual situation of the arts and crafts major at Guilin University of Tourism, deeply discusses the problems and reform measures in talent training modes, curriculum teaching content, teaching staff construction, and industry-education integration models, explores the integration points between art and crafts education in colleges and universities and the promotion and inheritance of cross-border ICH skills, and how to cultivate high-quality composite talents meeting the needs of local arts and crafts industries and enterprises through the industry-education integration mechanism, thereby promoting the improvement of the quality of undergraduate art education.
