Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability for Science and Engineering Students from the Perspective of “Three Comprehensive Education”

摘要: 基于“三全育人”理念,该文针对理工科创新创业教育中育人主体单一、过程衔接不畅与产教融合不足等问题,构建“三位一体、四阶递进”培养模式;通过思政引领、跨学科协同及“教学—训练—竞赛—孵化”链式培养机制,推动科教融合与产教协同,实现知识、能力与素养一体化提升。实践表明:该模式有效增强了学生的创新精神、创业意识与实践能力,提升了学生的就业质量,为培养新时代高素质理工科人才提供了可行路径。

Abstract: In response to the problems of a single educational subject, poor process connection, and insufficient integration of industry and education in innovation and entrepreneurship education for science and engineering students, this article constructs a“three in one, four step progressive”training model based on the“three comprehensive education”. Through ideological and political guidance and interdisciplinary collaboration, relying on the chain mechanism of“teaching training competition incubation”, promotes the integration of science and education and the synergy between industry and education. Practice has shown that this model can effectively strengthen students'innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness, and practical ability, and significantly improve their employment quality, providing a feasible path for cultivating high-quality science and engineering talents in the new era.
