人工智能助推大视听产业创新型人才培养模式研究与实践——以浙江省为例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着人工智能技术的迭代升级与广泛应用,大视听产业生态格局正在被重塑,催生了超高清直播、元宇宙叙事等新兴业态,对从业者的能力结构提出新要求。近年来,浙江省大视听产业发展迅速,已经成为浙江省数字文化产业的重要增长极,而人工智能的应用进一步促进了大视听产业的发展。基于此,该文以大视听产业创新型人才培养为研究对象,阐述了大视听产业的内涵与浙江省大视听产业发展的现状,提出了在人工智能助推下大视听产业创新型人才培养模式研究与实践的具体路径,旨在为浙江省大视听产业的进一步发展提供参考。

Abstract: With the iterative upgrading and widespread application of artificial intelligence technology, the ecological pattern of the large audiovisual industry is being reshaped, giving rise to emerging formats such as ultra high definition live streaming and metaverse storytelling, and putting forward new requirements for the ability structure of practitioners. In recent years, the large audiovisual industry in Zhejiang Province has developed rapidly and has become an important growth pole of the digital cultural industry in Zhejiang Province. The application of artificial intelligence has further promoted the development of the large audiovisual industry. Based on this, this article takes the cultivation of innovative talents in the large audiovisual industry as the research object, expounds the connotation of the large audiovisual industry and the current situation of the development of the large audiovisual industry in Zhejiang Province, and proposes a specific path for the research and practice of innovative talent cultivation mode in the large audiovisual industry under the assistance of artificial intelligence, aiming to provide reference for the further development of the large audiovisual industry in Zhejiang Province.
