摘要: 在人工智能与大数据技术的驱动下,中国电子商务产业正经历一场从规模驱动转向技术与数据驱动的范式革命,导致传统教育模式培养的人才与产业实际需求之间出现了显著的“能力鸿沟”。该文基于人才培养与产业发展互动理论、产教融合理论的最新发展,结合数字时代对人才核心素养的新要求,提出了“知识体系重构、教学模式创新、育人路径拓展、师资发展赋能”的电子商务专业人才培养机制,旨在通过技术与商业的深度融合、项目驱动的能力导向教学、产教融合的实体化运行以及“双师型”教师发展体系构建,打造一个能够与产业发展同频共振的自适应人才培养生态。

Abstract: Driven by artificial intelligence and big data technology, China's e-commerce industry is undergoing a paradigm revolution from scale driven to technology and data-driven. This change has led to a significant'capability gap between the talents cultivated by traditional education models and the actual needs of the industry. This article is based on the latest developments in the interaction theory between talent cultivation and industrial development, as well as the integration theory of industry and education. Combined with the new requirements of the digital age for core competencies of talents, it proposes a talent cultivation mechanism for e-commerce majors that includes“knowledge system reconstruction, teaching mode innovation, education path expansion, and teacher development empowerment”. The aim is to create an adaptive talent cultivation ecology that can resonate with industrial development through the deep integration of technology and business, project-based ability oriented teaching, the physical operation of industry education integration, and the construction of development system of“dual teacher”teachers.
