摘要: 在全球中文传播与教育技术融合发展的背景下,虚拟现实技术(VR)成为提升教师教学能力的重要手段。该文分析了国际中文教育教师在技术应用、教学设计、教学评估与跨文化沟通方面能力的不足,探讨了虚拟现实在沉浸式教学环境构建、任务流程优化、数据评估支持与文化场景构建等方面的功能机制,提出以强化数字操作、拓展设计思维、提升数据分析能力、增强跨文化教学为路径的能力提升策略,为教师专业成长提供系统支持。

Abstract: In the context of the integration and development of Chinese language communication and educational technology worldwide, virtual reality technology has become an important means to enhance teachers'teaching abilities. This article analyzes the insufficient abilities of international Chinese education teachers in technology application, teaching design, teaching evaluation, and cross-cultural communication. It explores the functional mechanisms of virtual reality in construction of immersive teaching environments, task process optimization, data evaluation support, and cultural scene construction. It proposes a capability enhancement strategy that strengthens digital operations, expands design thinking, improves data analysis, and enhances cross-cultural teaching, providing systematic support for teachers'professional growth.
