摘要: 在新时代教育强国建设背景下,高校亟须创新育人模式,以培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才。该文聚焦“五育融合”理念,探讨其赋能高校第一、二课堂一体化建设的内在机理与实践路径;结合系统论、结构功能主义及拓扑学视角,深入分析“五育融合”与高校课堂一体化的耦合关系,揭示其目标同构、资源互补及评价协同等内在机理,并深挖其中的基本原则;通过典型案例研究与实地调研,发现实践中协同机制缺失、资源供给矛盾及评价体系离散等问题,并从顶层设计、课程建设、教师发展、技术支持及多元协同等维度,提出构建“五育融合”育人体系的实践路径,为新时代高校教育改革提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: In the context of building a strong education country in the new era, universities urgently need to innovate their educational models to cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills. This article focuses on the concept of“integrations of five education”and explores its internal mechanism and practical path in empowering the integrated construction of the first and second classrooms in universities; Combining the perspectives of systems theory, structural functionalism, and topology, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the coupling relationship between the“integration of five educations”and the integration of university classrooms, revealing the inherent mechanisms of goal isomorphism, resource complementarity, and evaluation synergy, and digging deep into the basic principles involved; Through typical case studies and field research, it was found that there are problems such as the lack of collaborative mechanisms, resource supply contradictions, and dispersed evaluation systems in practice. From the dimensions of top-level design, curriculum construction, teacher development, technical support, and diversified collaboration, a practical path for constructing a“integrations of five education”education system was proposed, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the reform of higher education in the new era.
