高职英语教师对人工智能技术接受度的影响因素研究——基于UTAUT模型的分析

Research on the Influencing Factors of Vocational English Teachers' Acceptance of Artificial Intelligence Technology—Analysis Based on UTAUT Model

摘要: 人工智能作为一种新兴技术,正在全球范围内引发教育变革。教师对人工智能技术的接受程度将直接影响该技术在教育实践中的应用效果。该文基于UTAUT 模型,采用问卷调查和半结构式访谈两种研究方法,探讨了高职英语教师对人工智能技术的接受度及影响因素,研究发现:社会影响、努力期望、便利条件对影响接受度方面有显著正面作用,而感知风险存在负向影响,性别、教龄、职称等因素的调节作用不显著,根据研究效果,提出提升高职英语教师对人工智能技术接受度的建议。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence, as an emerging technology, is triggering a global education revolution. The level of acceptance of artificial intelligence technology by teachers will directly affect the effectiveness of its application in educational practice. This article is based on the UTAUT model and uses two research methods, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, to explore the acceptance and influencing factors of artificial intelligence technology among vocational English teachers. The study found that social influence, effort expectations, and convenience conditions have a significant positive effect on the acceptance, while perceived risk has a negative effect. The moderating effect of factors such as gender, teaching experience, and professional title is not significant. Based on the research results, suggestions are proposed to improve the acceptance of artificial intelligence technology among vocational English teachers.
