Research on the Evaluation System of Vocational Training Projects under the Background of Industry Education Integration

摘要: 高职教育是我国高等教育体系中的重要力量,承担着培养社会需要的高素质技能型专业人才的重要责任。该文以国际经济与贸易专业为例,阐述该专业产教融合模式下人才培养的现状,剖析现有实训课程评价模式在综合能力评价、评价主体及评价连贯性上的不足,进而构建基于企业视角的高职实训项目评价体系,从工作态度、专业技能、业绩、管理能力四维度进行考核,并加强实践成果评价,旨在提升高职创新型复合技能人才培养质量。

Abstract: Vocational education is an important force in China's higher education system, responsible for cultivating high-quality skilled professionals that meet the needs of society. This article takes the International Economics and Trade major as an example to illustrate the current situation of talent cultivation in the integration of industry and education. It analyzes the shortcomings of the existing evaluation model of practical training courses in comprehensive ability evaluation, evaluation subjects, and evaluation coherence. Based on the perspective of enterprises, a vocational training project evaluation system is constructed, which assesses work attitude, professional skills, performance, and management ability in four dimensions, and strengthens the evaluation of practical achievements, aiming to improve the quality of innovative composite skill talent cultivation in vocational education.
