数字化转型视域下职业院校产教融合型课程创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Industry Education Integration Curriculum in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Digital Transformation

摘要: 职业院校作为技术技能人才培养的主要基地,其产教融合型课程的创新与发展直接关系到人才培养的质量与水平。该文分析了职业院校产教融合型课程创新面临的现状与挑战,提出了数字化转型视域下课程创新的必要性与路径;从课程体系重构、教学模式改革、评价体系创新3个方面,阐述了如何通过基于岗位能力图谱的模块化设计、“数字技术+”专业课程融合开发以及基于数字画像的过程性评价等策略,推动职业院校产教融合型课程的创新与发展。

Abstract: As the main position of technical and skilled personnel training, the innovation and development of the integration of production and education courses in vocational colleges are directly related to the quality and level of personnel training. This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by the integration of industry and education curriculum innovation in vocational colleges, and puts forward the necessity and path of curriculum innovation from the perspective of digital transformation. From the three aspects of curriculum system reconstruction, teaching mode reform and evaluation system innovation, this paper expounds how to promote the innovation and development of industry education integrated curriculum in vocational colleges through the modular design based on post competency map, the integrated development of“digital technology +”professional curriculum and the process evaluation based on digital portrait.
