摘要: 法治人才培养是推进法治建设的重要支撑。经过长期探索,我国已形成以学位教育为主导、多元培训为补充的法学教育体系,实现了学历教育与职业发展的有机衔接,然而,在法学教育规模持续扩大的背景下,传统培养模式与社会需求之间的结构性矛盾逐渐显现,尤其是实践教学环节与职业能力培养方面亟待优化。针对这一问题,该文分析了应用型高校法学专业学生实践课堂创新与就业能力提升的路径。

Abstract: The cultivation of legal talents is an important support for promoting the construction of the rule of law. After long-term exploration, China has formed a legal education system dominated by degree education and supplemented by diversified training, achieving an organic connection between academic education and career development. However, against the backdrop of the continuous expansion of legal education, the structural contradiction between traditional training models and social needs is gradually emerging, especially in the areas of practical teaching and vocational ability cultivation, which urgently need to be optimized. In response to this problem, this article analyzes the path of innovation in practical classrooms and improvement of employment ability for law students in applied universities.
