Teaching Design and Effect Evaluation of Operations Management Classroom Empowered by Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 运营管理课程旨在帮助学生系统掌握生产与服务过程的管理理论与实践,提升分析和解决实际运营问题的能力。但当前运营管理课堂存在案例滞后、决策场景单一、教学模式同质化等问题,难以适配教育数字化转型与学生能力培养需求。该文聚焦人工智能赋能运营管理课堂,先明确AI赋能的逻辑基础,再从目标重构、体系搭建、方法创新3个方面设计教学方案,最后构建“定量+定性”结合的效果评估体系。研究表明:AI可有效破解传统教学问题,提升教学质量与学生“AI+运营”复合能力,为运营管理课堂教学改革提供实践参考。

Abstract: The operations management course aims to help students systematically master the management theory and practice of production and service processes, and enhance their ability to analyze and solve practical operational problems. However, the current operation and management classroom has problems such as lagging case studies, single decision-making scenarios, and homogeneous teaching models, which make it difficult to adapt to the digital transformation of education and the needs of student ability development. This article focuses on the use of artificial intelligence to empower operational management classrooms. Firstly, the logical foundation of AI empowerment is clarified. Then, a teaching plan is designed from three aspects: goal reconstruction, system construction, and method innovation. Finally, a“quantitative+qualitative”combined effect evaluation system is constructed. Research has shown that AI can effectively solve traditional teaching problems, improve teaching quality and students'“AI+operation”composite ability, and provide practical reference for the reform of classroom teaching in operation management.
