摘要: 为了破解土木工程专业人才培养与新质生产力发展需求脱节的问题,推动建筑业向智能化、绿色化转型升级,该文分析了新质生产力对土木工程人才在智能建造技术、创新思维能力、系统集成能力等方面的新要求,探索了新质生产力赋能新质人才培养的逻辑,研究了人才培养目标重构、课程体系优化、实践教学创新等模式构建路径。研究表明:构建融合数字技术、跨学科知识、创新实践的新质人才培养模式是推动广西建筑业高质量发展的必由之路。

Abstract: In order to break the predicament of the disconnection between the cultivation of civil engineering professionals in Guangxi and the development demands of new quality productive forces, and to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry towards intelligence and greenness, this article analyzes the new requirements of new quality productive forces for civil engineering talents in terms of intelligent construction technology, innovative thinking ability, system integration ability, etc. The demand-oriented, supporting role and dynamic balance mechanism between the new quality productivity and the talent cultivation model were explored, and the key paths such as the reconstruction of talent cultivation goals, the optimization of the curriculum system and the innovation of practical teaching were studied. Research shows that building a new quality talent cultivation model integrating digital technology, interdisciplinary knowledge and innovative practice is the inevitable way to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry in Guangxi.
