Research on Strategies for Enhancing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Guidance Ability of College Teachers

摘要: 近年来,提高高校教师创新创业指导能力已成为高等教育改革的一项关键任务。该文针对当前我国高校教师创新创业指导能力提升策略展开研究,提出三条策略:其一,构建教师“梯度化进阶培养—产教双元协同—多维评价激励”的教师能力发展体系,借助分层培训、校企联合开展研发以及评价机制改革,强化教师实践经验与资源整合能力;其二,完善“理念革新—机制重构—生态赋能”的高校支持体系,推动管理层认知转变,建设进阶式实践平台,实施跨学科导师组协同指导,并且优化制度设计,以贯通教学与产业需求;其三,建立“理念引导—平台支撑—机制保障”的学生主体性激发系统,形成师生共同创造的创新创业生态。

Abstract: In recent years, improving the innovation and entrepreneurship guidance ability of university teachers has become a key task in higher education reform. This article conducts research on the strategies for enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship guidance capabilities of Chinese university teachers, and proposes three strategies: first, to construct a teacher capability development system of“gradient advanced training industry education dual collaboration multi-dimensional evaluation and incentive”, using hierarchical training, school enterprise joint research and development, and evaluation mechanism reform to strengthen teachers'practical experience and resource integration capabilities; second, to improve the university support system of“concept innovation mechanism reconstruction ecological empowerment”, promote the cognitive transformation of management, build an advanced practice platform, implement cross disciplinary mentor group collaborative guidance, and optimize institutional design to connect teaching and industry needs; third, to establish a student subjectivity stimulation system of“concept guidance platform support mechanism guarantee”, forming an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem joint created by teachers and students.
