Abstract: This study focuses on the issue of precise employment for students in higher vocational colleges. By analyzing the current employment situation and existing problems, it delves deeply into the key factors affecting students'precise employment. The research reveals that students in higher vocational colleges encounter problems such as asymmetric employment information, a disconnect between their professional skills and market demands, and unclear career planning during the employment process. The main factors influencing precise employment include individual factors, educational factors, and social factors. Based on this, countermeasures such as improving the employment guidance system, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, and optimizing the curriculum setup are put forward to promote higher-quality precise employment for students in higher vocational colleges.
