Analysis of the Health Promotion Effect of Nursing Practice Teaching Based on ChatGPT

摘要: 目的 该文旨在探讨ChatGPT在护理专业学生护理实践教学中的健康促进效果。方法 选取2024年6月—2025年3月延边州206名护理专业本专科学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(接受常规教学)和观察组(接受基于ChatGPT的教学),运用健康促进生活方式量表II(HPLP-II)及学生课程评价结果进行比较。结果 经过8周的教学,观察组学生成绩明显优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于ChatGPT的教学模式有效提高了护理实践教学中的健康促进效果及学生满意度。

Abstract: Objective This article aims to explore the health promotion effect of ChatGPT in nursing practice teaching for nursing students. Method 206 nursing undergraduate and junior college students from Yanbian Prefecture from June 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects, randomly divided into a control group (receiving routine teaching) and an observation group (receiving ChatGPT based teaching), and compared using the Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale II (HPLP-II) and student course evaluation results. Result After 8 weeks of teaching, the performance of the observation group students was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching model based on ChatGPT has effectively improved the health promotion effect and student satisfaction in nursing practice teaching.
