“双创”视域下高职院校学生职业素养培育的路径分析

摘要: 随着国家对职业教育重视程度的不断提升,高职院校在培养高素质技术技能人才方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。职业素养作为衡量学生综合能力的重要指标,不仅关乎学生的就业竞争力,还直接影响其未来的职业发展。因此,在“双创”视域下,高职院校对于学生职业素养的培育工作必须紧跟时代发展步伐,融入创新创业精神,以积极应对社会对人才的多元化与动态化需求。该文从“双创”教育的内涵出发,分析“双创”视域下职业素养培育的必要性,探讨高职院校学生职业素养培育的路径,以供参考。

Abstract: With the increasing emphasis on vocational education by the country, vocational colleges are playing an increasingly important role in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. As an important indicator for measuring students' comprehensive abilities, professional competence not only concerns their employment competitiveness, but also directly affects their future career development. Therefore, from the perspective of“double innovation”, vocational colleges must keep up with the pace of the times in cultivating students’professional qualities, actively integrate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, and actively respond to the diversified and dynamic demands of society for talents. This article will start from the connotation of“double innovation”education, analyze the necessity of cultivating vocational literacy from the perspective of“double innovation”, and explore the path of vocational literacy cultivation for vocational college students for reference.
