摘要: 模块化教学作为一种灵活的课程设计方法,能够根据行业需求调整教学内容,培养与岗位高度契合的技术人才。该文分析了基于岗位能力培养的高校计算机课程模块化教学的设计与实施策略。通过探索岗位需求精准映射、产教融合与多元评价等方面,结合广东某高校的实践案例,该文详细阐述了如何利用模块化课程体系优化教学设计、提升学生的实际工作能力和职场竞争力。

Abstract: Modular teaching, as a flexible curriculum design method, can adjust the teaching content according to the industry demand and cultivate technical talents who are highly compatible with the positions. This paper analyzes the design and implementation strategy of modular teaching of computer courses in colleges and universities based on job competence cultivation. Using the aspects of exploring the precise mapping of job requirements, integration of industry and education and multiple evaluation, combined with the practice cases of Guangdong a certain colleges and universities, this paper elaborates how to optimize the teaching design using the modularized curriculum system to enhance the students'practical work ability and competitiveness in the workplace.
