摘要: 项目化学习(PBL)作为一种有效的教学方法,已被广泛应用于财务管理教学。该方法旨在培养学生实际操作能力,从而解决复杂财务问题。然而,财务管理PBL教学实施过程仍面临诸多问题,例如教学体系囿于传统的学科体系,项目驱动型问题、教学评价、学生团队管理不能很好地适应项目化教学的实施。该文深入分析这些问题并提出相应的改革策略,对财务管理项目化教学的实施具有重要意义。

Abstract: Project based learning (PBL), as an effective teaching method, has been widely applied in financial management teaching. This method aims to cultivate students'practical operational abilities to solve complex financial problems. However, the implementation process of PBL teaching in financial management still faces many problems, such as the teaching system being limited by traditional disciplinary systems; Project driven problems, teaching evaluation, and student team management cannot adapt well to the implementation of project-based teaching. This article analyzes these problems and proposes corresponding reform strategies, which has mportant significance for the implementation of project-based teaching in financial management.
