新工科背景下材料科学与工程专业协同育人的创新与实践

摘要: 该文基于新工科背景,探索学科竞赛、区域行业实际生产和学科人才培养的契合点;以社会需求为导向,根据企业生产实际、科研成果转化、学科竞赛及实践教学之间的相互关系,建立以学生为中心的材料科学与工程专业实践创新体系;将实践教学转变为以学生为主,激发学生的积极性和主动性,突出工程应用创新型人才培养目标,构建“产学研创赛”“五位一体”的协同育人模式,切实提高材料科学与工程专业应用型人才培养质量。

Abstract: The point of convergence between discipline competition, regional industry actual production, and discipline personnel training is explored by a new engineering background. According to the relationship between enterprise production practice, scientific research transformation, discipline competition, and practice teaching, a student-centered practice innovation system for materials science and engineering is established to meet the needs of society. The practical teaching is changed to focus on students to stimulate students’enthusiasm and initiative. The five-in-one innovative talent training mode of industry-university-research-innovation competition is constructed to highlight the training goal of innovative talents in engineering application and effectively improve the training quality of applied talents in materials science and engineering.
