Research on the Transformation of Teaching Organization Forms and Learning Styles Based on the Digital Technology and AI—A Case Study of Management Science

摘要: 近年来,数字技术应用于教育教学改革的研究不断深入。该文在梳理已有研究成果的基础上,总结了数字技术支撑教学组织形态创新的模式,常见的技术、平台和工具;结合管理学教学组织形态和学习方式变革,形成了基于数字技术和AI(人工智能)的管理学教学组织形态与学习设计以及管理学课堂组织矩阵,在初步实践的基础上提出教师要主动学习数字技术和人工智能,强化数字化素养;培养学生以数字技术和AI支撑的学习和创新能力,整合资源,形成数字技术和AI支撑的学习和教学创新环境系统。

Abstract: Recently, the application of digital technology in educational and teaching reform continues to deepen. Based on a review of existing research results, this paper summarizes the models for digital technology-supported innovation in teaching organizational forms, common technologies, platforms, and tools used. By integrating the transformation of teaching organizational forms and learning methods in management science, a teaching organizational form and learning design for management science based on digital technology and AI, as well as a classroom organization matrix for management science, have been developed. Through preliminary practice, it is proposed that teachers should actively learn digital technology and artificial intelligence, strengthen digital literacy; cultivate students'learning and innovation capabilities supported by digital technology and AI; and integrate resources to form a systematic learning and teaching innovation environment supported by digital technology and AI.
