Abstract: This article focuses on the talent cultivation of industrial colleges in water conservancy vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization, elaborates on the characteristics of the demand for water conservancy talents in rural revitalization, introduces the achievements of the construction of industrial colleges in water conservancy vocational colleges, analyzes the advantages of talent cultivation based on industrial colleges, and dissects the current problems; Exploring the implementation path of talent cultivation in industrial colleges from the aspects of building a curriculum system oriented towards rural revitalization, making practical teaching meet the requirements, enhancing the quality of industry education integration through diversified collaboration, taking multiple measures to promote deep integration of resources, and creating a high-quality teaching staff through internal and external training, with the aim of cultivating high-quality water conservancy technical and skilled talents and achieving resonance between water conservancy talent cultivation and rural revitalization.
