摘要: 随着科技的飞速发展和经济全球化的深入推进,工程领域正面临着新的变革与挑战。尤其是随着人工智能、大数据等技术的不断发展,社会对于工程人才的需求也在逐渐提高。在此背景下,高校应改革检测技术课程,积极探索卓越工程师培养路径,为社会输送更多具备高端技术、创新能力和实践经验的卓越工程师人才,为行业创新与发展贡献人才活力。该文在阐述卓越工程师培养重要性的同时,对基于卓越工程师培养需求的高校检测技术课程改革路径进行了探讨。

Abstract: With the rapid development of technology and the deepening of economic globalization, the engineering field is facing new changes and challenges. Especially with the continuous development of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, the demand for engineering talents in society is gradually increasing. In this context, universities shonld reform the testing technology courses, actively explore the path of cultivating outstanding engineers, and provide more outstanding engineering talents with high-end technology, innovation ability, and practical experience to society, contributing talent vitality to industry innovation and development. This article not only elaborates on the importance of cultivating outstanding engineers, but also explores the reform path of university testing technology courses based on the needs of cultivating outstanding engineers.
