Empirical Study on the Impact of Exhaustive Training on the Gymnastics Specialized Abilities of Students in College Physical Education

摘要: 该文运用实验法、文献研究法、数据分析法,探讨力竭训练对高校体育教育专业学生体操专项能力提升的作用与效果:以喀什大学体育教育专业体操专项的40名在校大学生为实验对象,采用前测—后测实验设计,分为实验组和对照组。实验组在接受常规体操训练的基础上增加力竭训练干预,对照组仅进行常规训练。实验周期为10周,每周训练3次。结果显示:实验组学生在所有专项能力指标上显著提升,尤其是在静态支撑能力、爆发力和综合耐力方面,其效果远优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究验证了力竭训练在体操专项能力提升中的显著作用,为其在高校体育课程中的推广提供了数据支持与理论依据。

Abstract: This paper explores the role and effect of exhaustive training on the improvement of gymnastics specialized abilities of students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities by using experimental methods, literature research methods and data analysis methods. Taking 40 college students majoring in gymnastics in the physical education major of Kashgar University as the experimental subjects, a pre-test - post-test experimental design was adopted and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received additional exhaustion training intervention on the basis of conventional gymnastics training, while the control group only received conventional training. The experimental period is 10 weeks, with training sessions three times a week. The results showed that the experimental group significantly improved in all specialized ability indicators, especially in static support ability, explosive power and comprehensive endurance, and the effect was far better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The research verified the significant role of exhaustive training in enhancing gymnastic specialized abilities, providing data support and theoretical basis for its promotion in college physical education courses.
