“IT+DT”融合驱动下区域应用型财会人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Cultivation Model of Regional Applied Accounting under the Driving Force of “IT + DT” Integration

摘要: 财会行业正处于被数字智能技术重塑的历史节点,传统培养模式输出的毕业生,其知识能力结构与企业实际需求脱节。该文以“IT+DT”融合驱动理念为指引,构建了以“双轮驱动”为核心动力、以“五维能力”为培养目标、以“区域赋能”为落脚点的新型财会人才培养模式;同时,通过师资队伍的多元协同建设、课程体系的模块化重构、实践平台的虚实结合搭建,系统提出了面向区域应用型高校的实施路径。研究成果可为财会人才培养提供理论框架与实践方案,对推动高校转型发展、服务地方经济建设具有一定参考价值。

Abstract: The accounting and finance industry is at a historical juncture where it is being reshaped by digital intelligence technology. The knowledge and ability structure of graduates produced by traditional training models are seriously out of step with the actual demands of enterprises. Guided by the concept of“IT + DT”integration-driven, this paper constructs a new accounting and finance talent training model with“dual-wheel drive”as the core driving force,“five-dimensional capabilities”as the training goal, and“regional empowerment”as the foothold. At the same time, through the diversified and collaborative construction of the teaching staff, the modular reconstruction of the curriculum system, and the virtual-real combination construction of the practical platform, it systematically proposes an implementation path for regional application-oriented universities. The research results can provide a theoretical framework and practical solutions for accounting and finance talent training, and have certain reference value for promoting the transformation and development of universities and serving local economic construction.
