Strategies for Building an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training System in Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

摘要: 针对高校创新创业教育存在的校企协同不足、课程与实践脱节等问题,该文基于协同育人理念,提出构建多元参与的培养体系;通过校企共建实体化平台、构建“专业+双创”融合式课程体系、打造阶梯式实践体系、建设“双师型”导师团队和建立多元质量保障机制,实现资源整合与能力协同,为创新创业教育提供新范式,培养适应产业需求的创新型人才,服务产业高质量发展。

Abstract: In response to the problems of insufficient school enterprise collaboration and disconnection between curriculum and practice in innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, this article proposes the construction of a diversified and participatory training system based on the concept of collaborative education. Through the joint construction of a physical platform by schools and enterprises, the establishment of an integrated curriculum system of “major + innovation and entrepreneurship” , the creation of a step-by-step practical system, the construction of a “dual-qualified” mentor team, and the establishment of a diversified quality assurance mechanism, resource integration and capability synergy are achieved, providing a new model for innovation and entrepreneurship education, cultivating innovative talents that meet industrial demands, and serving the high-quality development of industries.
