Abstract: Employment is the most basic livelihood, and college graduates are the key targets of employment work. The employment quality of college students is directly related to economic development, people's well-being, and the future of the country, and more directly affects China's process of achieving educational modernization and building an educational powerhouse. The strategy of building a strong country through talent in the new era has put forward new requirements for the employment guidance work of universities. Jiangsu University of Technology conducts surveys and research on graduates and employers through online and offline distribution of questionnaires. Starting from the problems faced by college graduates in employment, it explores measures to build a high-quality employment guidance service system for college graduates, and helps promote the development of new quality productivity.
