Mixed Teaching Design and Practice of Environmental Economics Based on OBE Concept

摘要: 随着“双碳”目标的提出,我国对环境领域专业人才的要求进一步提升。高校环境工程专业的应用型人才培育工作面临新的挑战,沿用传统的教学模式已无法达到育人要求。该文基于OBE理念,以高校环境工程专业的核心课程环境经济学为例,从明确学习成果目标、“以成果为导向”的教学过程设计、教学评价设计3个方面展开“双碳”背景下线上线下混合式教学的设计与实践,旨在提高环境经济学课程的教学质量,也有助于提升我国环境保护类应用型人才的综合素质。

Abstract: With the proposed goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, higher requirements have been put forward for professional talents in the field of environment in China. The cultivation of applied talents for environmental engineering majors in colleges and universities is facing new challenges. The traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the requirements of education. Based on the OBE teaching concept, this paper takes environmental-economics, the core course of environmental engineering major in universities as an example. It carries out the teaching design and practice of online and offline mixed teaching of environmental economics under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality from three aspects: identify learning outcomes goal, “results-oriented” teaching process design and teaching evaluation design. This paper aims to improve the teaching quality of environmental economics. It will also help to improve the comprehensive quality of applied talents for environmental protection in our country.
