现场工程师多元、多维培养质量评价体系研究——以工业机器人技术专业为例

摘要: 教育部办公厅等五部门于2022年启动实施职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划,旨在通过多方合作共建一批培育现场工程师的学院,探索培养具备工匠精神,精操作、懂工艺、会管理、善协作、能创新的现场工程师。随着智能制造行业蓬勃兴起,相关行业需要工业机器人技术专业培养复合型现场工程师。鉴于传统考核方式难以契合行业实际需求,该文聚焦智能制造工业机器人技术专业领域对人才的需求,以职业综合能力为核心,基于企业典型工作任务,构建多元、多维培养质量评价体系,满足产业对人才的需求。

Abstract: The General Office of the Ministry of Education and five other departments will launch a special training program for on-site engineers in vocational education in 2022, aiming to jointly establish a number of colleges for training on-site engineer colleges through multi-party cooperation, explore and cultivate on-site engineers with craftsmanship spirit, proficient operation, understanding of technology, management skills, good collaboration, and innovation. With the booming of the intelligent manufacturing industry, related industries require industrial robot technology majors to cultivate composite field engineers. Given that traditional assessment methods are difficult to meet the actual needs of the industry, this article focuses on the demand for industrial talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing industrial robot technology. With comprehensive professional abilities as the core, based on typical work tasks of enterprises, a diversified and multi-dimensional quality evaluation system is constructed to meet the industry's demand for talent.
