新质生产力与广东职业教育高质量发展双向驱动内在逻辑与路径研究

Research on the Internal Logic and Path of the Two-way Drive between New Quality Productivity and High-Quality Development of Vocational Education in Guangdong Province

摘要: 该文通过分析广东职业院校分布、产业集群特点及职业教育现状和存在的问题,构建了新质生产力与职业教育双向驱动内在逻辑模型。研究发现:新质生产力通过人才需求推动职业教育凸显类型特色、促进其数字化升级及创新培养;职业教育通过输送高素质技能人才、提升生产效率及创新能力,反哺新质生产力发展;针对区域发展不均衡问题,提出“新质生产力 +”产业转型、跨区域帮扶等策略。研究结果表明:广东职业教育高质量发展与新质生产力存在深度耦合关系,需通过政策协同与校企双元育人实现可持续双向驱动。

Abstract: By analyzing the distribution of vocational colleges in Guangdong, the characteristics of industrial clusters, and the current situation and existing problems of vocational education, a bidirectional driving internal logic model of new quality productivity and vocational education is constructed. Research has found that new quality productivity drives vocational education to highlight its characteristics, promote digital upgrading, and foster innovation through talent demand; vocational education nurtures the development of new quality productive forces by delivering high-quality skilled talents, improving production efficiency and innovation capabilities; propose strategies such as“new quality productivity +”industrial transformation and cross regional assistance to address regional development imbalances. The conclusion indicates that there is a deep coupling between the high-quality development of vocational education in Guangdong and the new quality productivity, and sustainable two-way driving needs to be achieved through policy coordination and dual education between schools and enterprises..
