“五育融合”背景下高校以人为本的素质教育改革与实践研究

摘要: 我国正处于教育高质量发展的重要阶段,开展有关“五育融合”背景下的高校改革策略的研究,即在教育中使学生具备良好的自主学习能力、道德自觉性、健康的身心、艺术鉴赏能力以及良好的应变、实践、动手能力等。该文应用文本分析法、文献综述法等研究方法,通过“五育融合”的方式促进素质教育的全面发展,阐述从以人为本到“五育融合”的理论基础,并结合社会背景,制定了改革模型和相应策略,形成“五育”相互依存、相互促进的以人为本的素质教育模式,明确改革目标,从而完善改革路径,加强师资队伍建设、平台建设、顶层设计机制优化以及课程内容创新,从而实现培养具备全面发展能力的人才的目标,使学生能够更好地面对多样化的社会需求和挑战,满足个人成长和社会发展的需要。

Abstract: China is in an important stage of the development of high-quality education, to carry out research on the reform strategy of colleges and universities under the background of“five education integration”, that is, in education, students have good self-learning ability, moral consciousness, healthy body and mind, art appreciation ability and good strain, practice, hands-on ability. This paper uses text analysis, literature review and other research methods to promote the all-round development of quality education of the young generation through the way of“five education integration”. This paper expounds the theoretical basis from people-oriented to“five education integration”, and combines the social context, makes the reform model and the corresponding strategy, and forms a human centered quality education model in which the “five education” are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Clarify the reform objectives, so as to improve the reform path, strengthen the construction of teachers, platform construction, optimization of top-level design mechanism and innovation of course content, so as to achieve the goal of cultivating talents with all-round development ability, so that students can better face the diversified social needs and challenges, and meet the needs of personal growth and social development.
