摘要: 该文立足“三融”视角,阐述肇庆医学院健康大数据管理与服务人才培养实践方面存在的不足,探讨在多维度的协同融合机制下,以服务融合作为人才培养的根本目标,以技术融合作为人才培养的实施过程,以数据融合作为人才培养的主体内容的专业人才培养路径,为后期进一步研究构建“三融”视角下健康大数据管理与服务人才培养效果评价模型提供依据。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of “three integration”, this paper expounds the shortcomings of our school's health big data management and service talent training practice. Under the multi-dimensional collaborative integration mechanism, this paper discusses the path of professional talent training with service integration as the fundamental goal of talent training, technology integration as the implementation process of talent training, and data fusion as the main content of talent training, so as to provide a basis for further research on the construction of health big data management and service talent training effect evaluation model from the perspective of “three integration”.
