摘要: 专科医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。然而,目前我国专科医师培训制度尚未完善,非消化专科医师至消化内科培训缺乏统一的规范和标准。该文通过座谈和问卷调查的形式,对非消化专科医师在消化内科培训期间的工作情况及存在的问题进行初步探讨,探究临床科室与医技科室专科医师开展消化内科专科培训教学工作的差异,以不断完善专科培训制度。

Abstract: Standardized training for specialist physicians is an important component of post graduation medical education. However, the current training system for specialist physicians in China is not yet perfect, and there is a lack of unified norms and standards for training non digestive specialists in the field of gastroenterology. This article explores the work situation and existing problems of non gastroenterologists during gastroenterology training through discussions and questionnaires, and explores the differences between clinical departments and medical technology departments in the training and teaching of gastroenterology specialists, in order to continuously improve the specialized training system.
