Research on the Interdisciplinary Integration Teaching Mode of Civil Engineering Construction Technology and Organization under the Background of New Engineering Disciplines

摘要: 根据“育人为本、德育为先,能力为重、全面发展”的新工科教育理念、重基础强能力和创新的应用型复合人才培养定位,高校不断探索土木工程专业的人才培养新模式。该文将土木工程施工技术与组织课程作为研究对象,探索新工科背景下该课程的跨学科融合教学方法。该文从新工科人才培养要求出发,分析该课程的教学现状及存在的问题,最后提出跨学科融合的教学模式,以期为培养新工科背景下的土木工程专业人才提供有效支持。

Abstract: According to the new engineering education philosophy of“education oriented, moral education first, ability oriented, and comprehensive development”, and the positioning of application-oriented composite talent cultivation that emphasizes foundation, strong abilities, and innovation, universities are constantly exploring new models for talent cultivation in civil engineering majors. This paper takes the course of civil engineering construction technology and organization as the research object, and explores the interdisciplinary integration teaching method of this course under the background of new engineering. Starting from the training requirements of new engineering talents, this paper analyzes the teaching status and existing problems of this course, and finally puts forward the teaching mode of interdisciplinary integration, in order to provide effective support for the training of civil engineering professionals under the background of new engineering.
