摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,该文针对目前应用型本科高校能源与动力工程专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,依据产业逻辑、教学逻辑,构建了新工科背景下能源与动力工程专业“融合—递阶—提升”三维共育人才模式:深度融合第一、二、三课堂,探索“三维”协同育人模式;以“双师双能型”教师为主体,构建四层递进的工程能力培养体系;发挥校企合作办学优势,提升师生实践创新能力;通过总结分析三维共育人才模式实践成果,初步证明其科学性和可行性,以期为高校工科人才培养和教学改革提供理论与实践参考。

Abstract: In the context of the construction of new engineering disciplines, this article addresses the problems in the talent cultivation process of energy and power engineering majors in applied undergraduate universities. Based on industry logic and teaching logic, a three-dimensional co education talent model of“integration hierarchical enhancement”for energy and power engineering majors under the background of new engineering disciplines is constructed: deep integration of the first, second, and third classrooms, exploring the“three-dimensional”collaborative education model; Build a four tiered progressive engineering ability training system with“dual teacher and dual ability”teachers as the main body; give full play to the advantages of school enterprise cooperation in running schools and enhance the practical and innovative abilities of teachers and students. By summarizing and analyzing the practical achievements of the three-dimensional co education talent model, the scientificity and feasibility of the proposed talent cultivation model are preliminarily demonstrated, in order to provide theoretical and practical references for the training and teaching reforms of engineering talents in universities.
