摘要: 新质生产力是应用型院校教育改革的重要驱动力,可以促进“双创”人才培养模式的创新。加强大学生创新思维与创业能力的培养,已成为新质生产力背景下应用型院校人才培养模式改革的重要方向。基于此,该文立足发展新质生产力背景,分析了应用型院校人才培养改革的要求,并介绍了应用型院校“双创”人才培养现状,提出了基于新质生产力的应用型院校“双创”人才培养模式改革的实践路径,旨在发挥新质生产力的赋能作用,培育契合企业需求的专业型、复合型人才。

Abstract: New quality productivity is an important driving force for the educational reform of applied colleges and universities, which can promote the innovation of the talent cultivation model for innovation and entrepreneurship. Strengthening the cultivation of college students'innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability has become an important direction for the reform of talent cultivation models in application-oriented colleges and universities under the background of new quality productive forces. Based on this, this article, starting from the background of new quality productivity development, analyzes the reform requirements for the talent cultivation direction of applied colleges and universities, introduces the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation in applied colleges and universities, and proposes the practical path for the reform of the innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation model of applied colleges and universities based on new quality productivity, aiming to give full play to the enabling role of new quality productivity and cultivate professional and compound talents that meet the needs of enterprises.
