Innovation of Talent Training Model for Road, Bridge and River Crossing Engineering Integrating OBE and Multidisciplinary Intersection—Teaching Reform Practice Based on the Strategy of Building a Strong Transportation Nation

摘要: 针对交通强国战略对交通专业人才提出的新需求,该文以OBE(成果导向教育)理念为核心,深度融合新工科与工程教育认证要求,从人才培养方案基础核心体系的重构、教学共享平台资源支撑体系的打造、产教协同育人质量保障体系的建立等方面,开展了道路桥梁与渡河工程专业新工科人才培养体系的创新探索与实践,构建了覆盖目标定位、课程体系、质量保障的全链条培养体系,通过3年的实践取得了较好效果。该创新模式破解了传统工科专业壁垒,实现了“工程+数字化”能力复合型人才的培养,为地方高校专业升级提供了可复制的路径。

Abstract: In response to the new demand for transportation professionals in the strategy of building a strong transportation country, this article takes the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concept as the core, deeply integrates the requirements of new engineering and engineering education certification, and carries out innovative exploration and practice of the new engineering talent training system for road and bridge engineering and river crossing engineering from the aspects of the reconstruction of the core system of talent training plan foundation, the creation of teaching sharing platform resource support system, and the establishment of industry education collaborative education quality assurance system. A full chain training system covering target positioning, curriculum system, and quality assurance has been constructed, and good results have been achieved through 3 years of practice. This innovative model has broken through the barriers of traditional engineering majors, achieved the cultivation of“engineering+digitalization”composite talents, and provided a replicable path for local universities to upgrade their majors.
