摘要: 应用型本科院校数字经济专业人才培养面临传统教育模式与产业需求脱节的挑战,亟须构建具有鲜明特色的“专创融合”培养体系。“学创一体”特色模式通过专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合,构建数字技术赋能、产业项目驱动、校企协同育人的三维培养架构,形成专业学习与创新创业同步推进的一体化育人机制。该特色模式重塑数字经济专业课程体系,创新项目化教学方式,建立多主体协同的实践平台,配套完善的运行机制与质量保障体系,构建动态运行机制、多维评价体系及持续改进机制,为应用型本科院校培养数字经济领域复合型人才提供可持续发展的创新范式。

Abstract: The talent cultivation in digital economy programs at application-oriented universities faces the challenge of disconnection between traditional educational models and industrial demands, urgently requiring the establishment of a distinctive integration system that combines professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship. The“learning-innovation integration”model achieves deep integration of professional education and innovation-entrepreneurship education by constructing a three-dimensional cultivation framework powered by digital technology, driven by industrial projects, and supported by university-enterprise collaborative education, thereby forming an integrated educational mechanism that simultaneously advances professional learning and innovation-entrepreneurship. This distinctive model reshapes the curriculum system of digital economy programs, innovates project-based teaching approaches, establishes multi-stakeholder collaborative practice platforms, and implements comprehensive operational mechanisms and quality assurance systems. The model constructs dynamic operational mechanisms, multi-dimensional evaluation systems, and continuous improvement mechanisms, providing application-oriented universities with a sustainable and innovative paradigm for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in the digital economy field.
