摘要: 案例式教学是PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)相关课程教学中非常重要、效果突出的一种实践教学方式,但在具体教学中往往存在实训平台缺乏、实施困难等问题。该文提出一种基于虚拟仿真平台的PLC控制系统案例教学实施方案,从PLC控制程序和组态监控程序的设计与运行两方面展开论述,然后以自动洗车装置和自动低频减载装置两个案例展示复杂工程案例教学实践过程。

Abstract: Case based teaching is a very important and effective practical teaching method in PLC related course teaching. However, in specific teaching, there are often spatial and temporal limitations such as a lack of practical training platforms and implementation difficulties. This article proposes a case teaching implementation plan for PLC control system based on virtual simulation platform, which discusses the design and operation of PLC control program and configuration monitoring program from two aspects. Finally, two cases of automatic car washing device and automatic low-frequency load shedding device are used to demonstrate the teaching practice process of complex engineering cases.
