摘要: 在新质生产力的推动下,高职院校教师的数字素养已成为衡量其教育能力与创新能力的重要指标。该文深入剖析了新质生产力与高职院校教师数字素养之间的协同发展关系,构建了一套面向新质生产力的高职院校教师数字素养评价体系,全面涵盖了对前沿技术的掌握与应用、跨学科知识的整合与创新、数字化教学的设计与实施、数据驱动的教学决策、学生探索与创新引导、数字伦理与信息安全意识等多个维度,旨在全面、客观地评价高职院校教师的数字素养水平。

Abstract: Under the promotion of new quality productivity, the digital literacy of vocational college teachers has become an important indicator for measuring their educational and innovative abilities. This article deeply analyzes the collaborative development relationship between new quality productivity and digital literacy of vocational college teachers, and constructs a set of digital literacy evaluation system for vocational college teachers facing new quality productivity. It comprehensively covers multiple dimensions such as cutting-edge technology mastery and application, interdisciplinary knowledge integration and innovation, digital teaching design and implementation, data-driven teaching decision-making, student exploration and innovation guidance, digital ethics and information security awareness, aiming to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the digital literacy level of vocational college teachers.
