摘要: 为提高人才的综合实践能力,使人才培育与市场行业需求具有更高的适配度,该文提出基于OBE + CDIO模式的立体化课程教学研究,分析OBE + CDIO模式下的人才培养核心方向,明确开展立体化课程教学;引进数字化技术,构建立体化课程网络教学平台;引进实践项目,建立多维实训课程体系;建立过程性考核模式,将其划分为3个阶段,从多角度对人才综合能力进行评估,直观、全面地反映学生的学习状态。

Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive practical ability of talents and make them more adaptable to the needs of the market industry, a three-dimensional course teaching research based on OBE + CDIO mode is proposed. Analyze the core direction of talent cultivation under the OBE + CDIO model and clarify the implementation of three-dimensional curriculum teaching. Introduce digital technology and build a three-dimensional course network teaching platform; Introduce practical projects and establish a multidimensional training curriculum system; Establish a process based assessment model, divide it into three stages, and evaluate the comprehensive abilities of talents from multiple perspectives, reflecting students'learning status intuitively and comprehensively.
