摘要: 超声波技术作为一种高效、环保的物理加工手段,在冶金与材料制备领域具有广泛的应用前景。该文分析了当前超声波技术在冶金与材料制备中的应用课程教学存在的问题,如理论与实践脱节、教学内容陈旧、缺乏前沿科研成果等。为了解决这些问题,该文提出了一系列教学改革措施,包括加强理论与实践的结合、引入前沿科研成果、推动学科交叉融合等,旨在提高学生的实践能力和创新思维,培养其科研能力和创新精神。

Abstract: As an efficient and environmentally friendly physical processing method, ultrasonic technology has broad application prospects in the field of metallurgy and material preparation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching of the course application of ultrasonic technology in metallurgy and material preparation, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, outdated teaching content, and lack of cutting-edge scientific research results. In order to solve these problems, the article proposes a series of teaching reform measures, including strengthening the combination of theory and practice, introducing cutting-edge scientific research results, and promoting interdisciplinary integration, it is aimed to improve students'practical ability and innovative thinking, and cultivate their scientific research ability and innovative spirit.
