摘要: 在新工科背景下,高校推动环境类高层次人才创新创业教育,既契合学科发展对环境类人才培养的新需求,也契合环境治理产业转型升级的新要求,更契合建设生态文明对创新创业人才的需要。现阶段,高校推动环境类高层次人才创新创业教育,应加快改革环境类专业理论教学方法,优化环境工程专业实践教学,完善环境类专业师资建设,建设“双师型”师资队伍,并搭建创新创业竞赛平台,提升人才的创新创业能力。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering disciplines, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education for high-level environmental talents in universities not only meets the new needs of discipline development for environmental talent cultivation, but also meets the new requirements of transformation and upgrading in the environmental governance industry, and is more in line with the need for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in building an ecological civilization. At present, universities should accelerate the reform of theoretical teaching methods for environmental majors, optimize practical teaching for environmental engineering majors, improve the construction of teaching staff for environmental majors, build a double-quality teaching team, and establish an innovation and entrepreneurship competition platform. This helps to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of talents and promote innovation and entrepreneurship education for high-level environmental talents.
