Abstract: With the continuous introduction of policies on textbook construction by the Ministry of Education, Shaanxi Province has actively responded to national policies and released a series of documents to promote textbook construction, has greatly promoted the institutionalization of textbook management in Shaanxi Province, as well as the digital reform of textbook construction. This article examines the current situation of the construction and management platform for undergraduate textbooks in Shaanxi Province, analyzes the problems that exist in its development process, and provides corresponding improvement suggestions in order to promote the digital transformation of textbook management. Through research, it was found that Shaanxi Province has achieved certain results in policy formulation, textbook construction, textbook selection, quality supervision, etc., but there are still problems such as insufficient platform integration, limited technology application, imperfect quality supervision system, and significant regional differences. In response to the existing problems, this article proposes the establishment of a provincial-level textbook resource sharing platform, the improvement of technology application, the enhancement of quality supervision system, and the promotion of regional coordinated development through provincial-level coordination.
