摘要: 在我国高等教育人才培养改革升级的背景下,现代产业学院成了提高应用创新型人才培养质量的重要主体,必须加强其培养质量保障体系建设,构建应用创新型人才培养评价体系是其重要一环。为此,该文选择以CIPP(背景—输入—过程—结果)评价模式作为基础框架,在此基础上,采用模糊层次分析法,对三级指标的权重进行科学赋权,进而构建应用创新型人才培养评价指标体系,为评价应用创新型人才培养提供参考。

Abstract: Under the background of the reform and upgrading of talents training in higher education in China, modern industrial college has become an important subject to improve the training quality of application-oriented innovative talents, and it is necessary to strengthen the construction of its training quality guarantee system and construct the evaluation system of application-oriented innovative talents training. Therefore, this paper chooses CIPP(Context-Input-Process-Product) evaluation model as the basic framework. On this basis, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to scientifically assign the weights of the three indexes, and then build an evaluation index system for the training of applied innovative talents to provide references for the evaluation of applied innovative talents training.
